This NVS parameter specifies how far to offset the right pusher hook relative to
the right picker shoe in the Z-axis in order to align the pusher hook during the
picker-pusher plate handoff. Increasing this value moves the pusher hook further
down (towards the picker shoe).
If the pusher hook is too close to the shoe (too low) then it may snag the
slipsheet during the plate handoff and drag the slipsheet off of the shoe.
If the pusher hook is too far away from the shoe (too high) then it may miss
the plate entirely during the plate handoff.
